Only three to five percent of Papua coffee beans harvest are Peaberry. Typically, each coffee cherry contains two beans, each of which have a flat side and rounded side. The exceptional Peaberry occurs when only one bean develops in the coffee cherry, this accounts for its unique pea-like shape.
Of course, Papua Peaberry Coffee also shares the same properties of regular Papua Coffee - it is non-acidic, non-dehydrating and detoxifying!
The subtle floral-fruity aroma and flavor are what make Papua Peaberry Coffee so very special.

Note: Papua Peaberry Coffee is only available in medium and medium/dark roasts.
